Rebecca is our Practice Manager and a highly valued leader at QLRC, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. 

 

Known for her exceptional work ethic and proactive approach, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in enhancing the way our practice operates and how patients experience their care. She is deeply committed to guiding patients through every stage of their healthcare journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident – particularly through the surgical process. 

 

Rebecca’s strong leadership, attention to detail and genuine compassion have significantly contributed to patient satisfaction and the high standard of care we provide ourselves on delivering. 

 

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys staying active at the gym and cherishing quality time with her husband and daughter.

YVONNE FLEMING​

ADMINISTRATION

Yvonne is part of the leadership team at QLRC, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. With many years of experience in healthcare administration, Yvonne offers friendly, reliable support to both patients and healthcare professionals. She helps keep the practice running smoothly by managing appointments, welcoming patients, handling medical records and supporting clinical correspondence with care and attention to detail.

 

Known for her warm manner, clear communication and professionalism, Yvonne creates a calm and welcoming environment while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency at all times. Her dedication helps patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they make contact with the practice. 

 

When not working at QLRC Yvonne has a medical transcription business which keeps her busy and also enjoys building Lego and reading…with or without her three daughters.
